我同我老公係臘味忠粉,去親奶奶度食飯,都梗有臘腸同膶腸送飯。呢日我哋嘅佐敦Friend介紹我哋嚟呢間食,話個飯焦好正,又坐得舒服,結果呢間餐廳無論煲仔飯、環境同小菜都好出色,稱得上物有所值!廣式臘味煲仔飯(例) HK$148一打開個蓋,飯香同臘味香即撲鼻而來。臘味望落晶瀅通透,米飯亦都粒粒分明;食落口更加正,臘鴨咸香冇羶味(我老公平時唔食都食咗一半)、臘肉片得好薄唔會滯、而用茅台整嘅臘腸,咸得嚟有股好討喜嘅酒香甜,同啲較咸嘅臘味撈埋一齊食,再加埋蔥同芫荽,真係好爽!個飯焦更加勁,熱辣辣兼脆到極,我老公忍唔住話:「食剩半粒飯都覺得會對唔住個師傅」,結果我哋真係KO晒成窩飯,搞到夜晚食唔落飯。 辣子雞丁 HK$98一上枱嗰陣花椒香到不得了,啲雞丁仲有骨,外皮炸到好酥脆,香口惹味到極,搞到連「配菜」紅燈籠椒都好入味。 瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲 HK$85平時呢個菜我真係麻麻,一係好味精,一係好鬼淡,但呢個湯就幾好味,我哋覺得似落咗雞湯同金華火腿嚟煲,絕對唔係揸流攤,而所有菜亦都好入味,蝦米同瑤柱份量足,加埋蒜片,味道好有層次。
