To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個餐有得2 選一要魚定蟹，落左單就有店員話魚好食d ,蟹唔夠食，好細隻，就直接放低話要我地接受條魚，逼我地要左去，但係大部分朋友都唔食魚的，好反感。除左青口係新鮮，全部野食都唔太新鮮，粥底落左好多粟米增加甜味，但係都係唔好味。龍蝦4 人餐，龍蝦一件分3 份，我唔知其他蒸氣火鍋點分，我地就大家你推我讓，有一個無得食。一開始有招呼，但係兩個樓面去打理成個場，食左6 款海鮮食左3 個幾鐘，係後期忍唔住叫佢快小小佢先跟進下，因為老闆應該重點招呼台大陸客。終於食完我地係隔離麥當勞每人買多個包。
