Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於搵到一間高質,好似去咗轉日本食嘅居酒屋啦~由前菜,到串燒、壽司都無可挑剔💪絕對會翻嚟再encore~-前菜南瓜沙律($72)有酥脆嘅蓮藕片同蕃薯片,加埋creamy嘅南瓜蓉,一軟一脆嘅口感好正👍🏻-海苔芝士海膽卷($95)食到新鮮海膽嘅味道,唔會比芝士搶哂味~-燒雞皮蝦($88)超有驚喜,廚師幫雞皮去除多餘脂肪,所以燒完後脆得嚟又唔覺肥膩,夾埋大蝦一齊食,呢個combo好出色🤤-特上壽司10貫($380)全部壽司都高質靚料☺️特別要highlight 大拖羅,入口即溶超幸福😆仲有牡丹蝦大隻爽甜,好似去咗日本食咁👏🏻-最後一人嚟一個鴨胸烏冬($88),鴨湯清香好夾爽彈嘅烏冬,用嚟完結今晚餐飯好滿足🥰-陳年柑桔蜜($45)鹹鹹地幾潤喉,不過我更加鍾意新鮮水果茶($78),無額外加糖,仲有蠟燭一路熱住,可以食完飯慢慢嘆茶傾計~
