To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前成日黎,水準都KEEP住。但係呢次去真真唔掂。一位女經理款既服務員好晦氣。落單唔覆單,仲要漏單。都算,叫左大頭蝦粉絲煲,蝦肉肉質曖昧,似有落梳打粉,粉絲就好咸好重味精,各人條利都痺左。生牛肉湯粉不過不失,但係我食過更好既。雞翼好食。小食拼盤OK,但係粉包都係咸左D。最對辦係酸子牛肉,同之前食既一樣。唔知係咪廚師輸左錢,心情唔好落太重調味呢?
