即係如果唔係要用coupon ,我都食唔到咁無水準嘅中菜,仲要响酒店?例牌成日酒店都讚自己個叉燒,軟就軟,林就林,但調味無個性,肉仲帶羶味。燒鵝皮唔脆,肉死實仲有點乾。油雞正常啲,好在佢薑蓉靚。咩桂花蜜梨脆鱔球,脆是脆,味道都不錯,但鱔獨特的魚油香就盡失,變咗碟咕嚕魚球咁又雞絲又蟹又芝士又洋蔥,合理的味道,正常的膩,不是酒店的質素極品哩碟,我同媽媽食咗半條就放棄,佢成條得個肥膏,完。懧咩味嗰啲好唔好已經唔重要其實菇呀菌呀千葉豆腐咁簡單嘅食材都比佢玩到唔好味,都真係好難㗎。唔好睇佢咁深色,唔入味,好芡嗰個經理定咩先好笑,嗰頭問完我碟骨係咪有問題,講完。轉頭唔知係咪例牌慣咗問今晚啲嘢點,我話下(心諗咪答咗你)...佢就嗯,笑笑口多謝就走了
