To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽到銅鑼灣有間勁抵食嘅烤魚!即刻過尼試下!平日6點後食都只係$128/位免加一,假日都係$148,哩啲價錢仲有邊到會搵到😱可以揀烤魚/雞煲/藥膳雞煲/豬肚雞煲,仲包飲品同火鍋配料😱真心超抵食!限時90分鐘,但我食佐60分鐘已經食完好飽🤣我揀佐酸菜烤魚,魚炸過再放酸菜煮,魚皮少少脆,啖啖肉、都算滑,份量好足。食完魚再加湯落火鍋配料,食佐好多魷魚同丸類,落生菜/娃娃菜就太酸了。火鍋配料有各類肉、丸、腸、蔬菜、菇類、粉麵、蝦等等熟食好似每日唔同,都係任添,今次係雞翼尖同青瓜😋另叫既小食都唔貴,大概$45-$60,見好多枱都有叫,賣相吸引,但太飽食唔落了🙈。如果想再食好啲,可以點新鮮桂花魚,按時價,下次再嚟試下😁最重要係座位闊落服務又好,抵讚!好彩早嚟,走果時已經坐滿人lu

我揀佐酸菜烤魚,魚炸過再放酸菜煮,魚皮少少脆,啖啖肉、都算滑,份量好足。食完魚再加湯落火鍋配料,食佐好多魷魚同丸類,落生菜/娃娃菜就太酸了。
