To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係大埔不經意地發現了這間餐廳。前菜:同其他韓國餐廳一樣, 有泡菜同芽菜, 泡菜的味道好辣,同平時一D小店裡賣既泡菜有D唔同,呢個泡菜辣之餘無開胃的酸味。芽菜就係一般食到既芽菜,有D油,好爽脆的,不過不失。紫菜卷: 好普通平常既韓式紫菜卷,材料都係一般既材料,有雞蛋、紅蘿葡、青瓜、蟹柳,酸瓜。吃落有少少酸,幾開胃; 但係D飯好有咬口,好好味牛肋骨湯:味道好濃, 但唔會咸; 牛肋骨肉質脂肪分佈平均, 煮得剛剛好,好有咬感。芝士炒年糕: 呢個炒年糕並沒有遷就香港人既口味而相對地調較辣度,所以真係好辣!除了辣,仲有一絲絲的甜味。芝士份量亦好足,年糕則煮得軟硬適中,煙煙韌韌的挺有口感。總體對這店的印象不錯,有點家庭經營的小店,雖沒有頂級的裝潢,但勝在地道及有特式。
