To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日咁啱係「元氣壽司」嘅 #會員日，成三點都又未食lunch嘅我，梗係要入去食返個 #下午茶餐啦😅 其實我個人都幾悶㗎，來來去去都係食同一個餐，貪佢樣樣有齊，#壽司🍣、#刺身，仲有我最愛嘅 #蒸蛋🤤 #小秘書可以話係「元氣壽司」多年來嘅 #熟客仔，一路我對佢嘅品質都幾滿意。不過呢排唔知係咪冇乜人敢食 #刺身呢？我咬落去件 #三文魚似乎仲未完全溶雪，咬落去真係牙到震好在我同店員講咗之後佢都馬上換過一份俾我，算佢啦👍🏻 #炸蝦丸雖然係新鮮炸起，不過咬落去嘅口感唔得鬆化彈牙，反而有啲韌😅 好在我最愛嘅 #蒸蛋依然保持水準，滑滑熱辣辣咁，好滿足👍🏻不過每次我都要comment嘅係佢個 #新幹線輸送系統，或者係我 #天生手短啦，每次要喺架車上面拎晒一個個 #壽司碟落嚟真係有啲考功夫㗎👉🏻👈🏻 想慳返啲員工錢，都要顧下食客嘅感受吖🤪
