To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘢食幾好食,尤其黃咖喱香茅牛腩煲,嗌多個「泰式牛油薄餅」嚟點咖喱仲正。某幾個員工服務態度好好,印象比較深嘅係一個男經理同一個比較細粒嘅女仔。開頭唔知食乜,佢哋好主動推介食物。最後嗌咗蛋包海鮮炒金邊粉、青咖喱荔枝配豬頸肉、咖喱香茅牛腩煲、原個菠蘿軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯等等都好好食。價錢有少少貴,服務方面如果一坐低可以預備埋水/主動問需唔需要水會更好~
