今日嘗咗間餐廳嘅客家小炒，一入口就覺得好有家鄉味！煮薯仔炖豬手，塊薯仔外皮滑溜溜嘅，吞落肚裏暖笠笠，仲有啲豬手肉滑過沙發，咬落去又唔會太淋，正到不得了！蒸肉餅嘅話，肉香四溢，入口即溶，係咁嘅天氣裏頭真係夠暖心，平平淡淡，竟然絲毫唔覺得沉悶。嚟個涼瓜排骨湯清清地一啖，好似可以洗涮晒所有嘅煩惱咁。排骨湯底滑溜溜，涼瓜熬到啱啱好，仲有股淡淡甜意。講真啊，咩藥材湯水都比唔上家傳湯水嘅靈魂！點少得客家咸豬肉呢個經典！佢哋炒得啱晒火候，豬肉冇一啲乾柴咁，啱啱好嘅嫩滑，配埋啲鹹香，食落嘅時候真係覺得好滿足。值得一讚嘅係，佢哋嘅咸豬肉不膩口，同埋健康細滑，一點都不會俾人食得太過。總之，呢件事，唔係浪得虛名。🤤👍🏻整體嚟講，啲菜烹調得宜，古味猶存又唔失時代感，再搭配埋間店懷舊嘅裝潢，真係食得出佢哋嘅用心同尊重傳統。下次想食黎一份暖笠笠嘅家常味，知道應該邊個打邊個飛喇！ 🏠🍲👨‍🍳
