To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一天,路過大角咀,平時大排長龍,那天剛好有位。在星洲菜館,一定先試基本盤,海南雞飯。海南雞飯,一定要配油香飯 $68。雖然雞脾要加錢,但是有時候好彩都會有雞脾送,油香飯好味,好味到要加飯,配咖哩。 傳統小印度咖哩牛腩,這裡的咖哩出奇好食,牛腩唔硬。那天我們叫了兩客,其中一客咖哩配油飯,更好食。咖哩好食,唔夠飯,叫了一客印度烤餅,他們又送咖哩汁。招牌8安士厚切豬扒飯,豬扒,好厚,好脆,好大件,抵食。配油飯都好,這裡的油飯是暖的。飲品有美祿恐龍,其實是美祿。總評味道:咖哩配油飯,更好食;環境:大角咀小店,舒適;服務:店員有禮貌;衛生:可以。喜出望外,出自宋·《與李之儀》:「八年,豈謂復有見日?漸近中原,辱書尤數,喜出望外。」
