見到有間新開的日式餐廳,在君怡酒店內,應該都唔錯既。壽喜燒牛肉鍋牛肉大片,肉色鮮嫩粉紅,想唔到甘香濃的牛味,燒至熟透或者喜歡的熟度,再沾滿蘭王蛋,入口滑溜。壽喜湯鍋已經滾燙,燒豆腐很嫩滑,蔬菜新鮮,仲有菇菌,粉絲,食完個人都好溫暖又滿足。蜜糖芥末雞皮餃子雞皮炸至金黃,香脆可口,餡料是香甜的菜肉,外脆內軟,沾上蜜糖芥末,很惹味牛油果雜菜沙律牛油果切粒,份量大,蔬菜新鮮,好健康,仲有開胃的醋汁,正串燒即叫即燒,有鮮冬菇,冬菇上仲有木魚花,更顯香濃的菇菌香,有雞軟骨,都有咬感,有燒雞肉,燒完都仲有肉汁。自家製免治雞軟骨棒雞肉混合了雞軟骨,吃起來很香軟,又有口感,加上流心的蛋汁,很滋味。柚子油甘魚芥末酢油甘魚魚脂較輕盈,肉質很鮮美,加上開胃的柚子,惹味的芥末酢,很清新。
