今晚有大廚Hayden為我哋預備鉄板燒沙律好新鮮的沙律,個蕃茄仲切到好似蝴蝶咁,好吸睛Scallop smoked with Tora Tetsu style新鮮嘅帆立貝由北海道揾到,煎好後,放入一早已經預備好嘅小煲進行煙燻,特別之處係個小煲一早已放了各種菊花,一打開個小煲就聞到陣陣菊花香,帆立貝鮮甜,仲要係一絲絲的。食完再食旁邊的紅酒菊花啫喱,清清口腔。Oyster with white maitake超肥美蠔煎至半生熟,再放在白舞茸加木魚汁一齊食,上面放了些京蔥,脆口,蠔亦好鮮甜Live lobster新鮮的龍蝦開邊,煎到咁上上就起肉,切件,再加龍蝦膏及海膽煮,超級惹味Seasonal vegetable當然不小得蔬菜,今日有茄子、南瓜及大菇French duck breast crisp roll好中式,鴨胸加上大蔥絲,再用春卷皮包好再煎,春卷皮脆脆哋,鴨胸軟油份豐富Seafood fried rice好豐富的炒飯,有蝦肉、帶子及青口肉,再加入蛋汁及白飯,炒飯好乾身而且粒粒分明Daily soup好鮮甜,用了龍蝦頭來煮,加上肥美的蜆及昆布最後食埋個雪糕,完美
