To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於最多人去既海港執左,禮拜日潮江春要等多過一粒鐘! 酒樓黎講價錢算貴 ($1x@茶介,$1x-前菜),但勝在坐得舒服,唔需要搭檯,唔需要比阿姐黑面。三人行叫左四樣野食…鮑汁木桶飯 $88次次都係叫呢個飯一黎佢真係好食,二黎冇乜其他好選擇佢並唔係喺白飯上淋鮑汁就算,而係整桶飯都有色,所以食落好夠味。面頭既汁有時太多反而會覺得少咸。沙拉醬生炒骨 $48普普通通健康關係都唔想食咁多沙律醬,如果佢既沙律醬可以分上而唔係喺生炒骨上面就更好。生菜,牛柏葉,土魷 $38普通白灼,鐘意佢一碟過有幾樣野。唔使齋食菜蛋散 中點唔係間間酒樓都有蛋散,有部分原因因為佢所以黎食

一黎佢真係好食,二黎冇乜其他好選擇
佢並唔係喺白飯上淋鮑汁就算,而係整桶飯都有色,所以食落好夠味。面頭既汁有時太多反而會覺得少咸。

普普通通
