朋友的慶生飯局,壽星女想吃燒豬,我便提議試試喜萬年。等朋友期間,點了兩客小食。滷水爽脆生腸($98)果然做到爽脆。滷水乳豬腳仔($98)比較細隻,肉比較少。人齊了,點了半席的套餐($2488),打頭陣的是喜萬年金牌乳豬半隻,招牌菜當之無愧,上桌時乳豬還是暖的,皮脆肉厚,保住了肉汁,不太油膩,高水準之作,大家都吃得津津有味。天婦羅龍躉球新鮮熱辣,天婦羅脆漿做得很薄,龍躉球十分嫩滑,可蘸沙律醬或泰式雞醬。果皮蒸原隻鮮鮑魚是席上一位小女孩的至愛。IMG_2353的味道過鹹了。上湯焗海蝦煎米的海蝦非常鮮甜,煎米也做得不錯。IMG_2355的花膠絲份量很足,菜心軟硬適中而且很入味。籠仔荷葉蒸蟹飯的蒜蓉味很香,飯吸收了蟹的鮮味,非常好吃。套餐還包括沒有上鏡的砂鍋濃湯雲吞雞煲和合時鮮果盆。
