To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正宗日式丼物專家丼丼屋經常都會由日本獨家引入當地名物🇯🇵今季聯乘嚟自名古屋嘅海鮮丼專門店 Sakana Factory將佢哋嘅人氣 No. 1 名物丼帶到全線丼丼屋及丼丼屋×鳥開聯乘店。今次我就試晒兩款😌 🐟極の海鮮丼三文魚粒、油甘魚粒、吞拿魚粒同綿滑細膩嘅吞拿魚蓉混合青瓜粒、蘿蔔漬粒、洋蔥粒堆成小山丘,側邊仲有三文魚片、油甘魚片、三文魚籽同飛魚籽一齊鋪滿飯面,鮮上加鮮🤤海鮮上面放有日本生雞蛋,拮穿佢之後濃郁蛋汁包裹住海鮮,令原本粒粒分明嘅日本米飯增添順滑感。佢哋仲推薦一丼三食:先品嚐海鮮丼原味,再加入濃而不膩嘅胡麻醬品嚐獨特風味,最後食淨1/3時加入鯛魚高湯🍲湯漬食法提升食材嘅鮮味,但係我自己就好鍾意胡麻醬,估唔到都咁夾。 🦐赤海老丼鋪滿爽口彈牙嘅赤蝦刺身,多到完全見唔到啲飯,配搭飛魚子同埋日本生雞蛋,口感層次豐富,另外啲飯都混入咗蔥比較特別。 再加$29就可以有三文魚帆立貝刺身,超級豐富。兩款丼飯都可以用$10優惠價升級定食,有埋前菜、日式湯、甜品同果茶。
