To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸辣粉 HKD$37(本來應該有芫荽、葱，可以我去掉了)紅薯粉韌度剛好，比較幼身，味道還可以，湯底不是很酸，也沒有很辣(我要的是普通辣度，老闆說已經算中辣了，但更原汁原味)，可是我必需說，它很嗆！就是吃一口，覺得不怎麼辣，那後勁卻會嗆得不停咳嗽😂，應該是太刺激到喉嚨，吃到後來已經習慣了，只是有點太鹹。.瀂水拼盤 HKD$14X (忘記了😛)兩人分吃剛好，味道不錯，只是有一點鹹。
