To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懶洋洋嘅星期日, 醒來已經過咗午飯時間,我哋決定去食東南亞風情嘅嘅下午茶。 星洲總廚都係一個不錯選擇。我哋叫咗三個餐,檸檬草雞肉煎雙蛋飯, 參巴魚椰漿飯,仲有咖央多士,而每個餐都跟飲品。 檸檬草雞肉煎雙蛋飯, 雞肉份量不少,肉質外脆內軟且juicy,配上蛋味濃郁嘅雙太陽蛋,蛋汁滲入白飯和甜豉油混合一齊食,十分配搭,惹味可口,令人垂涎欲滴參巴魚椰漿飯,魚肉肉質鮮嫩,外脆內軟,椰漿飯發出淡淡椰香,配上青瓜,香脆魚仔,花生和肉鬆蝦片,口感 豐富,再蘸上參巴醬,味道大爆發,令人 吃得津津有味。咖央多士,麵包烘得剛剛好,香脆可口,而每件多士都夾着 一片厚厚嘅牛油和香濃嘅椰漿,兩者溶化一起,好好食😉
