近排見到中環開咗一間《日本過江龍餃子店》 ,門口雖然細細,但好colorful嘅招牌非常搶眼。原來呢間系日本老字號嘅人氣餃子店Gyoza AnD,餃子店創立於東京,1979年開業;老 闆將父親盛傳嘅餃子味延續落去,而且宜家最近仲帶埋嚟香港添😃餐廳設計好有日式家庭風味,座位唔算多,但係人流爆滿,非常有氣氛!我同朋友今日慕名而來,專登叫咗佢哋最有特色嘅食品:🥗沖繩早摘水雲$45- 係屬於一開始就收穫嘅「水雲的嫩芽」,味道酸酸甜甜,礦物質豐富!🥒醬油漬青瓜$48- 青瓜酸甜爽口,係唔錯嘅開胃小食!🥟蟹肉燒賣$78- 蟹肉燒賣賣相好精緻,而且用料十足,每粒燒賣都咁大大,夠曬份量🥟親父の水餃子$ 52- 餃子雖然外表簡簡單單,毫無花巧,但用料十足,好有家庭風味!🥟特製紫蘇煎餃$78- 煎餃煎得恰到好處,而且皮夠曬薄身,紫蘇葉鋪滿餃子,香味濃郁!🍜擔擔撈麵$72- 擔擔撈麵口感柔和,麵質彈牙,再加入自製芝麻醬和辣椒油,味道恰到好處。🍜AND拉麵(醬油)$72- 以雞骨、豬骨再配上香味蔬菜的湯底,湯底唔算太濃郁,但清甜夠味,麵條使用中粗曲麵,口感細嫩!

🥗沖繩早摘水雲$45
- 係屬於一開始就收穫嘅「水雲的嫩芽」,味道酸酸甜甜,礦物質豐富!

🥒醬油漬青瓜$48
- 青瓜酸甜爽口,係唔錯嘅開胃小食!

🥟蟹肉燒賣$78
- 蟹肉燒賣賣相好精緻,而且用料十足,每粒燒賣都咁大大,夠曬份量

🥟親父の水餃子$ 52

- 煎餃煎得恰到好處,而且皮夠曬薄身,紫蘇葉鋪滿餃子,香味濃郁!

🍜擔擔撈麵$72
- 擔擔撈麵口感柔和,麵質彈牙,再加入自製芝麻醬和辣椒油,味道恰到好處。
