To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同一學大細去海洋公園玩樂一天，諗住費事再出去其他地方搵食，就睇吓這間餐廳有冇位，可能疫情再加上早排（大概六點左右），等一兩枱就入到去。一入到去，最嚐心悅目就係一個超大的水族館，我的小朋友便窂窂被這個景觀吸引，乖乖坐低食飯。餐牌主打中餐，款式不能比美餐館，但都應該有足夠選擇。價格中上，未去到五星級酒店中餐廳，好啦，重點黎啦。我叫了一碟蒜泥白肉，酢深海盧魚和大煆伊面。小朋友就有個兒童深海列車餐。先個兒童餐，有粟米肉粒飯加啲炸嘢，味道不太重，小朋友好鍾意。盧魚炸得太老，有少少苦澀味，伊面個汁太傑，不過整體味道都不會太濃，不過就不能同出面普通中餐廳比得上，叫做樂園內唯一選擇。
