Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 和朋友們聚會,選擇了這家上海菜來一解鄉愁。來到見餐廳不大,也不算滿座,餐廳預留了近窗的座位,光線充足又可以看到海景,環境及景色不錯。經過一段時間的選擇,由於朋友們都有選擇障礙,於是就選擇了這個四人套餐( $798 ),省心以免卻煩惱。首先是點心環節,三款點心分別是:小籠包蝦餃素菜餃所有點心都是一籠四隻。小籠包味道正常,也算是多汁,但包皮不夠薄,選中規中矩的一道。蝦餃蝦餃大隻,入面的蝦肉也很彈牙,選用的材料不錯,味道方面也就是普通的蝦餃,和一般酒樓吃到的差不多。素菜包算是比較有上海特色的一個點心,蔬菜包。整個點心都是由素菜組成,和一般外面的素菜包不同。外面多數是選用甘筍、粟米、木耳、冬菇等等的材料,但這裏是正正式式的用選用了菜所做的菜包,味道更加甜美,我認為是三款點心中最為出色的。湯雲吞雞 半份接下來的雲吞雞湯,已經幫我們分了四碗,每碗也有大大粒的三粒雲吞,蔬菜及金華火腿,雞湯味道也不錯,很暖胃。侍應還把湯渣的雞肉也放上枱,給我們點着醬油吃。主菜獨子蒜紅燒肉接下來的主菜環節,先上菜的是獨子蒜紅燒肉,這個菜式做得不錯,紅燒肉燒得入味,肉質剛好,不會太過軟爛也不會太過硬,保持着一定的彈性,調

全頓飯最失敗的一道菜色就是這個炸子雞了,從照片也可以看出雞皮完全是軟淋淋的,絲毫不見炸子雞的脆皮。
調味方面沒有什麼問題,但不知道是否預先做定太耐了,有點像在吃昨天做的炸子雞的感覺,所有皮都已經吸收了水份變軟了,其中一個朋友說根本不知道自己在吃炸子雞,還以為是豉油雞之類的菜式。

這道上海炒年糕也普通,蔬菜及配料切得大嚿,給人一種粗糙的感覺,不像是在餐廳係精緻的菜色,反而有種街邊大排檔的感覺。
說他像大排檔,又不及大排檔這麼有鑊氣,味道當然是偏甜的,但更加是油膩的,我吃了兩口就卻步了。

總結:這裏雖然是上海菜館,但只有形在而神不在,偏向粵式酒樓格局,但又做不到正宗粵式口味,味道不到位,但價錢尚算合理,環境也舒服,算是中規中矩。

如果需要商務環境這裏也合適,但如果是來吃美食的,那還是另覓他處吧。
