黎荃灣一定要食山西刀削麵,不知為何,就只是喜歡食這間,長期都多人排隊,但是食得快,轉台好快。今次叫了麻辣豬排和麻辣雞翼刀削麵。碗麵麵是清湯上的,麻辣只是在配菜上。先講下刀削麵,就是要吃它的咬口,入口果然煙韌有嚼頭,軟而不黏,越嚼越有麵粉香,而且麵條完全吸收了牛骨湯的精華,好味得令人一口接一口,就只食那口感,已經好回味。麻辣豬排有3,4舊,入味,面層加了大量蒜,非常香口,惹味,食完那蒜味是揮之不去的。雞翼有麻辣醬汁,如果賺刀削麵是清湯,可以倒入辣油一齊食,不過太鹹,反而是香辣更勁一籌。生煎小籠湯包$62 10/隻好抵食,但是還是喜歡蒸小籠湯包,比較多汁,生煎好易令到皮過熟而變厚,湯汁乾了。
