朋友帶我到依間樓上法國餐廳慶祝生日。餐廳雖然不大,但枱與枱之間有足夠空間,坐得舒適,餐廳內的燈光加上音樂非常有情調。淡淡香檳味帶少少荔枝及香桃甜味。麵包送上時熱辣辣,焗得香脆。還有兩款自家製醬,一款帶有香草味另一款帶有肉腸味。生蠔優惠買一送一,服務員推介三款口味由淡到濃嘅生蠔。每隻都肥大鮮甜,帶子位爽甜,入口creamy,蠔味以Gillardeau最重。帶子新鮮肉厚非常鮮甜,表面海膽泡沫提升帶子鮮甜味。伴碟青蘋果沙律及白酒啫喱酸酸甜甜非常開胃。龍蝦味濃郁,湯裡龍蝦肉爽甜。白露旬爽脆清甜,荷蘭醬帶橙味醒胃。黑毛豬火腿經過烤焗鹹香味更出,一清一鹹味道非常夾。上主菜前送上番石榴雪芭清味蕾,番石榴味濃不過甜好清新。鵪鶉已起骨,肉質嫩滑,脾位焗至香脆非常香口,內裡啖啖鮮菇黑松露味濃,另外所有伴碟蔬菜非常新鮮。慕絲幼滑,榛子香朱古力味濃,甜度適中,餅底略嫌不夠脆。因慶祝生日關係甜品寫上生日字句及一張即影即有相十分窩心。去到尾聲仲有驚喜,送上一杯玫瑰苿莉茶、桂花蝴蝶酥及朱古力,為整個晚餐劃上完美句號。
