縱使近排週邊瀰漫着不同的負能量,連最鐘意的「食」都放埋一邊,但朋友是要見面的,所以朋友叫到一定唔會推遲。要舒緩情緒,最好莫過於去居酒屋飲番兩杯。所以就揀了位於尖沙咀厚福街的Mokumoku,地點旺中帶靜,店內的環境好像舒服版的日式居酒屋,座位與座位有足夠的空間,全店有很多豬的擺設,氣氛好好,店員也十分有禮貌,有如去了日本的感覺。這裏餐點有好多選擇,以豚肉串燒、刺生為主,配以沙律、一品料理、雞牛羊蔬菜串燒、味噌煮物、食事和甜品。話明居酒屋,當然唔小得飲番兩杯,由於我們酒量尚淺,所以只叫了酒量不高的巨峰味汽酒和自家釀製的菠蘿果酒,味道清新,飲多幾杯都唔會醉,啱晒我。蒜子蕃茄沙律蕃茄好清甜,配上酸酸咪咪的醋及帶甘甜的生蒜,又清新又開胃。刺身盛合五款刺身盛合好新鮮,片片魚生都立立令的。有大大隻新鮮爽滑的赤蝦、有肥美鮮甜的三文魚、有魚味細膩香濃的油甘魚、有肉厚味鮮而且嫩滑富彈性的帶子和有入口即溶味道鮮美的海膽。山形縣產煙燻豬腩來自山形縣的豬腩,經過微微煙燻後,入口爽嫩,油脂帶有微微的甜味,醮上芥末蜜糖醬或青檸檬汁,即時中和了肥膩感。豬顎骨肉串豬顎骨無論口感定味道都好像牛肉,好滑溜,口感極佳。月見
