To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約左個好朋友約左食飯慶祝,突登要揀啲好好食嘅餐廳先得!之前一直都話要食omakase今次我地揀左鮨燐,呢間餐廳嘅staff好熱情,我地一去到,廚師都會一齊歡迎我地架。首先,佢比左啲開胃小食我地。呢幾隻小食會任加架。佢先尼係八爪魚🐙,一直都覺得八爪魚係好硬,要咬好耐,呢隻佢煮到好腍而且好香架!接住落嚟就係刺身,呢個係日本剥皮魚,再配上啲獨有醬汁,完全唔會覺得腥呀。而且after taste可以留好耐呀! 再跟住係北海道蠔配柚子醋,好大隻架。食落口好creamy好清甜。之後呢個係放成好似心形嘅秋刀魚呀!呢碟餸就好似藝術品咁架。出邊就好似一落下嘅黃葉做襯托。食秋刀魚時仲要配蔥同豉油食呀,個味道更加出。呢個係超拖羅,師傅幫我地燒一燒再比我地食,好有油香而且好似入口即溶咁架食完刺身就到左和食啦銀雪魚bb配上自定製嘅醬汁,係有一種特別嘅鮮味架!仲有幾款壽司🍣有雕魚啦,深海池魚同沖繩車海老壽司。佢地全部都好特別,而且睇住師傅製作壽司過程都好享受。不得不提嘅係海膽壽司啊!非常濃郁嘅海膽味呀。最後就係湯同甜品啦,完結左今晚晚餐!
