聞說上環西班牙私房菜, Sabor Spanish touch private kitchen, 水準很高, 今晚朋友相約一起有嘗試。朋友預先已訂位, 餐廳小小, 但環境舒適; 每桌座位後面都放置一個小籃供女士們擺放手袋雜物之用; 店員於每道菜式上桌時, 都會細心講解材料及製法, 服務週到。Garlic tomato toast, 餐前小食, 在烤多士上塗上蒜蓉蕃茄醬。薄多士口感有點軟身, 不脆, 但味道很好, 微甜酸, 感覺清新。Clams in green sauce, 以魚骨熬製湯底, 然後放入蜆, 不需加鹽調味。蜆肉新鮮嫩滑, 吸收魚湯, 十足鮮甜味, 很回味。Grilled cuttlefish with green alloili foam 炒過的香草墨魚, 厚粒, 很香口, 彈牙實淨; 單吃墨魚粒已經很惹味, 如再點上泡沫蕃茜蒜蓉醬, 辣辣的, 味道更豐富, 口感變得幼滑。Garlic shrimp, 大蝦仁浸在滾油中上桌, 洒上炸得香脆蒜片和辣椒 , 看到略感濃味兼油膩。幸好大蝦質優, 結實又有蝦鮮味, 加上蒜片辣椒, 惹味十足。Gazpacho, 西班牙凍湯, 內有生
