To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未去之前已大约估到情况。以下不作评论,只作事突陳述。1. 羊肉煲共有5件姆指大小的骨腩,1/3系肉。另外叫了牛仔肉,份量舆大x乐的朱扒飯相同,但相當幼滑,冇鬆肉粉味$98一碟。3. 准香尤鱼蘇。舆白天飲茶的質及量相近,正正常常。$88一碟。講起食羊,想起十多年前到尼泊爾自由行,興之所致,驾車往中国边境吃一個午饭,下車之處系鄉村地方。心想可能只能買到粗粮,行行寻尋半小時,聞到陣陣羊蘇味,到一飯店,問老板有冇食,佢話本店只售一味=羊雜。品赏之后,方知人間美味在鄉間。羊之鮮味直入靈魂,至今難忘。每煲羊雜200人仔,顺便問伙記多少工资,回答系500人仔一個月。
