To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過銅鑼灣廣場一期嘅極尚大喜屋，發現呢度嘅自助餐絕對係一流，今次我同friend係dinner時段過黎，餐廳非常熱鬧，好多人好旺場。今次我地主打呢度嘅日式料理。Dinner menu非常豐富，自助區域有炸鷄炸餃子，好多新鮮水果，冷熱飲品、甜品、一些前菜冷盤湯等等，令我地食指大動，眼花繚亂。今次仲有珍珠奶茶，楊枝甘露等等特飲，簡直無得頂！dinner menu同樣有刺身、壽司、手卷、一品料理、炸物、天婦羅、燒物、串燒、煮物等等，同之前一樣，點單多數係每件起，今次我地主打呢度d刺身壽司手卷，佢地嘅壽司刺身都係咁新鮮，同樣保持水准，dinner menu好似仲多左好多款，三文魚、拖羅、油甘魚、鮑魚、池魚王、北極貝、帶子、虎蝦、甜蝦等等刺身都好鮮甜，款款都好好味，好新鮮。今次dinner食完真係超級飽足，大家有機會一定要黎試下，絕對超值！
