To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們是外區客特登來將軍澳跑步,入咗附近商場就揀咗呢間餐廳試吓,裝修不錯,有格調,第一次來叫左泰皇椰汁焗豬扒飯($66)和紅咖哩牛肉飯配泰國香米。焗豬扒飯配水椰汁芝士感覺很新鮮的配搭,飯底是炒飯底,有誠意。第一次冇影相,只影了餐牌。紅咖哩牛肉少辣🌶️,配白飯一個,有不少牛肉和蔬菜(洋蔥,蕃茄仔,秋葵),感覺健康些。我哋見到隔離枱食泰式醬烤骨食得好惹味,所以第二次帶同家人遊覽將軍澳再試吓,醬烤骨係豬骨再配勁多蒜蓉芫荽同檸檬汁,好開胃,要用手食(有手套提供),有6大舊檸檬水(加9蚊- 半價左)幾特別,同出面的檸檬水唔同,沒有檸檬,用檸檬汁,但我幾鍾意飲,雖然唔知點整。鱸魚配的汁酸酸地少少辣,都幾開胃🤤。蝦醬炒通菜墨魚餅(小食)
