To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於唔能夠燒烤既關係，只能夠叫餸食飯，諗黎諗去，揀揀下，都係選擇苑，於是一早打電話訂位，七點前到達，目測晚市入坐時間早既關係，人數唔係太多，加上聽聞做熟客生意多，見到職員同食客打招呼！等人等左一個鐘，叫左兩個餐前小食。手拍青瓜，蒜蓉味濃烈，新鮮蒜蓉，配上醬汁，青瓜爽口。潮式豆腐，配上隔離醬汁，令豆腐少熱氣。叉燒，真心推薦，軟硬適中，無肥口感覺。青菜豬肺雞腳湯，豬肺超軟林林，飲既係心機。九菜炒腩肉西芹炒貴花蚌豆腐竹生，豆腐用既係皮包豆腐，令豆腐一件件，易夾上手。飯後職員主動送上糖水，芝麻/綠豆。
