To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年廿八晚飯，諗住去食餐好啲去流浮山食海鮮餐，我哋兩個冇訂枱，經過龍如門口啲夥計又好親切，餐廳門口又有好多海鮮可以揀，我哋就決定揀呢間喇，一坐低夥計就俾咗兩碗魚湯我哋先，其實海鮮只要新鮮基本上都係好食嘅，咁梗係要開返一支白酒啦。龍蝦一大隻🦞，我哋叫上湯龍蝦配煎米粉底，其實真係好好味，唔使每次都係用芝士底太漏又食唔落其他嘢。油鹽水蝴蝶蚌，好似過火咗少少，少韌。椒鹽賴尿蝦兩隻，肥美有糕😋蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌仔四隻。其實入去流浮山食海鮮，都預咗係貴，冇諗過原來門口買嗰啲海鮮係要另外再俾加工費，但係成餐飯嘅招呼都係一流，所以就算俾多少少都係順氣嘅！
