To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回辣椒女家食團年飯,因家人怕人多,最後決定買外賣回家食。看過這裏的食評都幾好,就決定買來試試。我們買了生煎蠔餅、生煎墨魚餅、滷水豬手和豆腐、京都骨和東江鹽水雞。生煎蠔餅- 煎得好脆,蠔仔都好鮮味;相信即叫即食會更加好,拿到回家,始終都有點了。生煎墨魚餅- 炸得好脆,外皮加上一層薄薄的粉醬,口感幾好,可惜墨魚味唔多夠。滷水豬手和豆腐- 滷水味好正,豬手唔會好肥,又好入味;豆腐外皮炸過,豆腐味幾好。京都骨- 味道都算唔錯,但淡了點;口感就唔多好,比較上韌,還是好味點。東江鹽水雞- 鹽味好夠,但雞肉好韌,外貌又唔好看,可以不要。
