$1680 (+10%service )包左咩先?前菜三款,刺身5野,7件壽司,茶碗蒸,蟹,鮑魚,魚湯同甜品;有帶你去左日本庭園感覺;同埋熱情好客嘅職員同師父,令客人賓至如歸。非常開心一晚。前菜有來自沖繩嘅水雲,白子同真子(即是魚春)。白子,唔係每間餐廳都處理得好,曾經遇過腥嗅,食過鞋過鞋底又有,甚至有時酸到嗆喉。每次臨放白子入口前,都有陰影。而呢家餐處理得很好🥰,白子很滑,用左蘿蔔蓉配柚子酸汁加埋啲蔥花,令味道提鮮。刺身包括1,有超creamy甜味蠔😆(兩秒已忘記咩名)2,右口魚3食,捲蔥,捲燒左嘅魚,同捲馬糞海胆3,象拔蚌(可惜落太多柚子皮,雖然啲蚌鮮甜但都遮唔到苦皮)4,好像用沙典魚整成太卷,都好好食5,紫菜包住中拖羅+紫蘇+肥拖羅,還要炭一炭迫啲魚油出來🤣.壽司整體就ok,佢地啲飯係偏向乾身同淡酸。當中配以蝦膏嘅北海道牡丹蝦,北寄貝,紫海胆最為深刻美味。茶碗蒸裡面有螢光魷魚,夠滑,但個人覺得蛋香唔夠。熟食嘅蟹肉配左橘子啫喱同海膽,令我諗番起3月食個間日本蟹餐廳,可能唔係蟹季節,蟹味係有但唔突出。最後,甜品有甜到核爆嘅蜜瓜,好濃綠茶啫喱,同海鹽夾餅。平時對甜野零好感嘅我,都覺得啲
