To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這個週末,我們來到位於「海洋奇觀」水族館內的「海龍王餐廳」,在巨型觀賞屏旁吃海洋公園為親親動物月推出的「四道菜套餐」。前菜是「芥末子香草醃三文魚」,芥末味份量重過香草,但無礙三文魚的軟滑和鮮味。再來「龍蝦濃湯」,咸甜度適中,亦有大大粒龍蝦肉,不點也不馬虎。主菜三部曲: 醬燒三文魚配有機奇雅籽沙沙、脆米避風塘大蝦、招牌海龍王炒飯,既有海洋主題,又有香港特色,其中很欣賞脆米避風塘大蝦,十分香口惹味,當然亦因為是要老少咸宜,所以不能太辣,這點可以理解的。甜品是「杏仁朱古力咖啡泡芙」,勝在有層次,外硬內軟,加上杏仁又爽脆,整體中規中矩。一邊望著大魚遊來遊去,一邊吃海產類食物,感覺好有趣。(這天的旅程不止這麼短的,想看詳細的就請去我的個人網誌睇睇啦!)
