To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最後一道主菜就是香芒蟹肉炒飯。之前全部菜式都吃肉,所以想吃一點點海鮮。蟹肉拆後跟芒果切粒一起混到蛋炒飯之中,色調接近,未必能容易看到配料,但一吃就會知道。

因為蟹肉是拆出來的,一吃到就會是一束束的,味道鹹香帶鮮甜。切粒芒果應有處理過,十分香甜多汁。加上肉鬆,原來這樣的配搭好夾,鮮甜加香甜,不用吃甜品了!
