為了慶祝妹妹生日, 所以特地挑了間不錯的餐廳, 環境非常好, 坐下就感覺很舒服。空間感十足。而且擺盤什麼都是很新式的日本餐廳風, 有格調叫了枝文佳人300ml, 入口很香濃的米香, 先是淡後來回甘重。感覺是能帶出後勁的一種, 不錯不錯。再來是生蠔套餐, 由西班牙,日本至法國吃, 才可以吃出每隻不同的味。西班牙較清香, 日本較淡中帶海產特有的香咸味, 最後才是法國, 是較濃郁但口感清爽的蠔。接下來是壽司, 先是左邊的油甘魚腩, 口感爽口彈牙, 咬下去魚油香味即出。接下來是火炙左口邊魚邊, 魚油燒得滲進壽司飯裡, 超惹味。接著是較為少有的火炙吞拿魚腦天, 是魚腦背後的肉, 口感結實彈牙得多, 跟魚腩完全不同, 但仍是有吞拿魚獨有的魚香味。最後是松葉蟹肉的壽司, 蟹肉一絲絲, 帶點海咸口感, 上邊配有海膽, 清淡中帶點香濃味, 配搭不錯。火炙帶子海膽跟三文魚籽海膽手卷, 海膽很香甜, 三文魚籽很香口, 帶子則清甜但火炙後更為惹味。味噌蟹甲羅燒, 燒得蟹膏很香口, 而且法包也很香脆, 兩者配上非常惹味。蒲燒鰻魚, 口感香軟, 而且燒汁很香口而不會太過蓋過鰻魚的原味。蒜香羊西冷及黑燒羊西冷, 黑

蒜香羊西冷及黑燒羊西冷, 黑燒是用黑芝麻醬, 有夠獨特。蒜香非常能帶出羊肉的香味, 而黑燒則將將兩種不同的香味混合一起, 令口感十足非常豐厚。

鹽麴豚腩肉串, 鹽麴令味道更為突出, 香而咸再加上油香, 咬下去肉汁滿滿, 感覺特別香口。
另外餐廳特製的海膽雪糕令人難忘, 是越吃越感覺到清香的海膽味留在齒舌間的香滑感, 很不錯~這間餐廳食物質素很高, 大家大可慶祝什麼來, 不會失望哈哈。
