These beauts (from the special menu) were grilled to perfection. We got some classics like Chicken Wing/Skin (HKD24 each), while the Chicken with Perilla Leaves (HKD24) was our absolute fave with its deliciously complex flavor. The Thick-cut Beef Tongue (HKD42) was incredibly tender, and we can’t recommend the Beef Flank with Honey Mustard (HKD30) and Japanese Eel (HKD42) enough!

本身看到很多正面評論,看見環境好像不錯,而且看到餐牌某些食物好像很特別和吸引,所以決定和家人到來試試。但到了餐廳坐下來,看到餐牌才發現原本覺得特別和吸引的菜式全都沒有供應,餐牌中有兩成食物也是暫停供應,(應該已一段時間沒有供應,因為是在餐牌貼上貼紙說”暫停沒有供應”,所以不是當晚的問題 )那唯有選擇其他有供應的。先叫了每人一件鵝肝,和每人一件海膽手卷;其中兩件鵝肝上的醬汁完全傾倒在旁邊也照上菜,不過心想又不是要打卡,所以也沒關係,誰知鵝肝和麵包的外邊熱但中間都是冷的。到吃海膽手卷時,海膽有點腥,紫菜更是軟韌的,百幾蚊一件,真的不能接受。之後只好寄望其他食物,叫了松露薯條和烤小椒,好像都是$70-$80 一碟,賣相差份量少。還有本身想叫肉眼扒(餐牌上沒有暫停供應),但今晚暫停供應,所以改叫了西冷扒, medium rare, 但上菜時還在滴血,只有10-20%熟。 最好吃的是叫了一個原條牛舌,但沒有影相。員工的服務也有待改善,例如鵝肝的伴碟是沙律,還在吃的途中,服務員收走時完全沒有詢問,來不及反應已收走了。因為是四方形枱,我們一家人是打對面坐,所以枱的兩側是沒有人坐可以方便上菜,可是某個

但我真的不會再來,價錢和食物質素還有服務不成正比。

Uni is just straight up bad! We went there mainly for the uni since it seems that they are very proud of their uni dishes (3 pages of uni dishes)However, out of everything we ordered, only the spaghetti in the uni spaghetti was good~ For this price point it is totally NOT worth it. It is Hong Kong, go somewhere else for Uni. I don’t recommend this place and I will not be back.
