To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日又去咗觀塘嗰度做義工,活動完咗個朋友話喺附近食少少嘢先返屋企,搵咗間台灣嘢食,叫左滷肉便當同埋椒蔥牛肉便當(轉粉絲),自己覺得粉絲底濕濕辣辣咁,就咁當麵食唔錯。我個朋友滷肉飯佢話冇香料味,同埋唔會好多肥膏肥油,所以幾似homemade~炸花雕雞翼,出面好少係炸,睇色水幾靚仔,d油應該係新油。花雕味極重,好入味,食唔慣可能會覺得苦,不過我就幾ok。整體唔熱氣。小食拼盤,花枝丸最好味。基本上都係認知嘅果仲味道,無咩落差。如果鹽酥雞裏面juicy D會再好味D,不過都係可接受範圍。胚芽芋頭鮮奶個賣相幾吸引。建議攪均左先,如果唔係去到後面就得翻芋頭,飲落唔會死甜,芋頭有口感,幾fresh。
