香港地道食品越來越少,租金高企,人力流失,唔希望地道嘅食品消失,方榮記沙嗲牛湯底出色,實在沒有餐廳可以取代,雖然湯底少少較油,但湯底非常惹味,加上手切本地肥牛,本地肥牛肉質有質感,牛肉味強烈,有返咁上下厚度,真係不得了,象拔蚌厚切有口感,我多數用作刺身食,魚卜我致愛,可能多數人覺得有魚腥味,但加上沙嗲湯底,完全蓋過腥味,魚卜養顏,補充骨膠原,生蠔不算大隻,但夠實淨,桂花蚌份量不少,爽甜,我較喜歡貝類及蚌類食品。
