To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

▫️燒安格斯牛肉配青檸 ($110)牛肉大約烤至五成熟,中間呈粉紅色燒得岩岩好唔會完全熟透🐄肉質鮮嫩🤤而且好有肉汁夠哂Juicy, 每一片切到好厚身, 大約有10多塊!! 仲有啲椰菜係底, 幾清新🥙再配上調製酸辣青檸醬汁好開胃😋增強左層次感, 醬汁入面有好多辣椒粒同生蒜!! 個人覺得有少少辣🔥唔食辣嘅朋友可以叫佢另上醬汁🤟🏻 ▫️生蝦刺身 ($108)食泰菜必食生蝦, 新鮮肥美蝦好爽無雪味🦐一共有6隻,醬汁調味得好好👍🏻
