To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平生第一次黎秀茂坪，做嘢放飯近近地係商場食碗麵。呢間譚仔竟然冇做QR code落單，全店人手由譚仔姐姐寫，時光機停留嘅觸動。我哋兩個都係叫腩肉米線，清湯，原味道，配以腐竹、芽菜、韭菜。米線軟硬適中，一貫的好。另外加碟土匪雞翼，熱辣辣炸起，食落冇當年咁熱氣，唔知係咪記憶偏差，調味粉同黑芝麻充足。同事話食食下，望出去流線型嘅大門口，睇住商場對面，有身處機場食飯嘅感覺……人生本來就好沉重，謝謝陪我吃飯，傾訴。
