夏天我竟然黎左坪洲,睇黎我都厭倦左市區既生活,特登係中環搭船去坪洲行,我已經第3次黎坪洲啦,但係就係第一次食坪洲炒通心粉,亦都係第一次食炒通心粉。廚師好有鑊氣,炒出黎香噴噴,份量都岩岩好,夠我一個人食,又唔會好多又唔會好少,佢炒得粒粒分明,又唔會痴住,我知炒飯如果係粒粒分明先會好食,估唔到炒通心粉同炒飯一樣,都係有呢個秘訣。之後我想講既係我以為會好貴,因為坪洲我諗都係做遊客生意,點知比我想像中平,下次入黎會再食
