又到咗我最愛嘅中菜環節,平時出邊食飯都比較油膩。今次就去到鑽石山荷里活廣場「莆田」,享受一下高質福建菜嘅精髓。最近又到咗蟶子節,只需 $219就可以享受兩款由最時令蟶子炮製而成嘅菜式。薑蔥炒蟶子 選用大火加入薑和香蔥連殼爆炒蟶子 ,再作簡單調味。蟶子完全冇沙,然後薑蔥又可以更加突顯蟶子嘅甜味。紅菇蟶湯 紅色有清澈嘅湯底其實就係用咗福建名物紅菇煮省成,湯底感覺上比較清新,亦都唔會蓋過蟶子本身嘅甜味。閩南薑母鴨講到滋補菜式不得不提薑母鴨,選用老姜和鴨肉炮製出薑香又唔辛辣嘅鴨肉。百秒黃花魚廚師對黃花魚火候嘅掌控,造就嫩滑嘅魚肉。
