西貢食海鮮除咗市中心之外,位於清水灣半島嘅布袋澳都一樣有,而且冇咁多人環境更加清幽。漁翁蜆湯份量好足叫個細嘅都分到五六碗,而且大蜆粒粒都啖啖肉,鮮甜嘅魚湯加入咗胡椒,天氣凍嘅時候特別暖胃。墨魚兩食(刺身+ 椒鹽)墨魚身用來做刺身、鬚就用嚟椒鹽炸,師傅刀工了得,刺身薄到晶瑩剔透,新鮮嘅墨魚食落爽口中帶點柔軟滑溜,而且好鮮甜,可以點上日式芥末豉油。墨魚鬚較平時嘅魷魚鬚短小,但口感更加脆口,同椒鹽係絕配,難得有咁新鮮嘅墨魚一定要試吓。椒鹽瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦好大隻啖啖蝦肉都好彈牙,秘製嘅椒鹽配料係精華所在,搣好蝦肉之後點嚟食,香味無比難以抗拒!餐廳貼心提供手套同鉸剪等工具方便食用。果皮蒸鮑魚鮑魚來自澳洲,大隻得來肉厚,用蒸嘅方式最能保持鮑魚嘅鮮味,而且食嘅時候會滲透出果皮嘅甘香味。店員教我哋用竹籤吉隻鮑魚出嚟,好似砵仔糕咁好得意!
