To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想食好耐但放工時間太多人等位所以放棄左,難得今日閒日放假梗係去會一會佢啦。環境鋪位好細,枱擺得好密,樓上座位會坐得好親密下,肥少少都入唔到去食物刺身:三文魚&超大帶子都好正,要讚下既係D刺身佢切得好厚好大片,大大啖令人食落好滿足,個帶子真你好巨型,好鮮壽司定食:壽司都多,跟燉蛋&沙律,男仔應該唔夠食,但壽司係好味既。牛肉壽喜鍋定食:湯底好甜,牛肉都幾多,雜菜超多,跟左個飯&面豉湯,食到好飽,總括黎講性價比高。炸軟殼蟹:正正常常服務算殷勤,佩服D店員可以不停上上落落咁送餐,少D腳骨力都唔得。不過如果入座時可以提醒左客人要一次過落單會好D,因為起初佢冇講,我分左幾次係手機到落單,之後有個店員先同我講番最好一次過落。價錢食左好多錢都係$320有找,日本野黎講算平好希望佢可能搬去間大D既鋪,咁平時等位就唔洗咁耐,D位又可以鬆少少食得舒服D。

牛肉壽喜鍋定食:湯底好甜,牛肉都幾多,雜菜超多,跟左個飯&面豉湯,食到好飽,總括黎講性價比高。
