To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 壽司唔錯，刺身丼麻麻地抵食

仍然都係在教育路覓食，呢帶真係都幾多選擇，尤其係遠離千色廣場果邊，有好多日本野，成日夜晚經過都見到外面排晒長龍。今日食呢間魚一，都知道佢存在好耐，不過驟眼睇地鋪同一般靚少少既外賣壽司鋪無乜分別，即係只有少少單人位果隻，但原來佢樓上有雅座的，唔係有fd 帶都唔知～不過其實上到去，都唔係真係好大，就係一般食埋閣仔做生意果類鋪頭設計。唔好理喇，叫野食先。呢間d 麵豉湯有落三文魚去煲，感覺上魚味濃郁過出面飲果d。佢有得自選刺身丼，係好食的，不過佢表面上俾你可以自己組合豐儉由人，但最少要嗌六樣而且每樣份量都唔多，最後同樣價錢如果食定食會有埋沙律、湯同飲品，我覺得麻麻地抵。但壽司就幾ok，特別係牛油果軟殼蟹卷，仆仆脆既蟹本身少少鹹，加左沙律醬，而舊飯外面係黐紙菜碎，幾好味。一款叫牛肉他他既壽司，聽落個名怪怪地，但食落又幾唔錯。
