To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前就話「去玩、去癫嚟Ocean Park」,但是如果不是來玩,又沒有小朋友,咁去海洋公園幹什麼? 你有沒有想過純粹為了食晚飯而進去海洋公園?像這間在「海洋奇觀」水族館內的海龍王餐廳,只要預先訂座,不一定要購買樂園門票,都可以進場!今次專程入海龍王餐廳歎星級菜單,皆因餐廳請來星級名廚陳國強師傅擔任顧問,陳師傅更為今個夏天創作了「夏季嚐味菜單」,晚餐分別有6道及8道菜(價錢分別為每位$538及$728),午市4道菜套餐則賣$388。這晚就吃陳師傅的8道菜套餐!頭盤是「蜜汁火方脆千層」,金華火腿配金絲糖膠,做到非常鬆脆,是一道十分討好的小吃。「藜麥百花海參」把蝦膠釀入海參,爽口得來又養顏,皆因充滿骨膠原嘛!接著飲一盎燉湯「火朣冬瓜燉水鴨湯」,清清潤潤,好有消暑功效!龍蝦放在水族館的玻璃前,仿佛龍蝦是在魚缸內游著似的。這道「三蔥香檸澳洲龍蝦」,用上頗大份量的檸檬醬汁,令龍蝦增添酸甜。但個人認為如果香檸和蔥的份量減少一點會較好,現在吃來就失去了龍蝦的原味。另一道主菜是「雞㙡菌醬爆鹿兒島和牛粒」,A4鹿兒島和牛煮得恰到好處,軟腍而仍有油香溢出,配合雞㙡菌及醬汁,感覺味道很豐富,只嫌得四粒太少。然

「蟹肉伴蕎麥涼麵」幾適合夏天,但作為大男人,我覺得蕎麥麵份量太細了,如果可以加大份量,或改炒飯就較好。其實成個套餐每道菜於我來說都是太輕,每次都到喉唔到肺。

最後來一道賣相精緻的甜品「雪膠葛仙米薏仁露」作結!

吃飯前後,如果天氣好的話,可以在公園內逛。可惜我到訪當日下大雨,便只好躲在「海洋奇觀」內觀看「魚樂無窮」!
