To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一到夏天又熱又悶既天氣真係令人食慾不振,最近見到越來越多新開既夏威夷poke餐廳,呢一間亦都唔例外,餐廳格局充滿木屋風格.主餐牌除左lunch set已有既配搭外,其餘可以自選配搭.1.首先係4款主食中選其12.再係3款base中選擇其中1-2款3.自選3款toppings亦可以自由選擇再添加額外既toppings或top-up.4.選擇其中一款dressings5.任選各款seasonings.今次先揀左八爪魚做主食,而base就以清爽得黎又夠滿足既沙律菜配壽司飯.而面上既toppings就配上雞蛋絲,麻醬豆腐同蟹籽再額外加上三文魚籽.整份poke最後加上果仁醬及木魚絲,紫菜絲做總結.poke顏色相當鮮豔富有色彩,先影入眼簾既係晶瑩通透既三文魚籽.三文魚籽配上蟹籽帶出雙重鹹香鮮甜既精華令整份poke既味道昇華.嫩滑既豆腐再加上爽彈既八爪魚帶出兩極既口感令poke帶出不同層次感.沙律菜新鮮又多水份為poke帶黎一陣清爽又唔會膩滯既感覺.紅火龍果汁配上自家製火龍果乾果,帶住粉紫紅既火龍果汁.火龍果汁香甜又濃郁,口感稠密又清新健康.
