To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱睇完戲，比戲院啲冷氣凍到我呢，於是我去咗附近食咗個熱辣辣煲仔飯！商場行過嚟唔使5分鐘。佢哋嘅臘味好正，川味臘味煲仔飯，有辣嘅臘腸、臘鴨、臘肉，咸味有層次，油香煙韌，半肥瘦，臘味香滲入米飯，加埋頭抽簡直正到痺！飯焦唔痴牙，係脆米通口感。仲有認真有鑊氣小炒薑蔥爆雞煲，秘製汁、薑蔥蒜同雞件鍋上，炒兩炒更香更惹味！叫返個清清地嘅菜心，飲啖精緻茶杯裡面嘅菊花中和膩感。座位舒適度高，服務幾好，簡單晚飯完美落幕。
