To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯時間經過餐廳樓下俾佢既招牌吸引,感覺係一間文青小店,於是就行三層樓梯上去探一探。入到去既裝修設計非常懷舊,牆紙、餐檯、牆身裝飾都好有老台灣既風格,餐牌設計亦好特別,未食就已經對餐廳既期望值好高洛神花梳打&百香果梳打 7/10味道合格,梳打有汽,唔會太甜。蓮子水蓮 8/10蒜蓉清炒水蓮菜很好吃,但美中不足是份量有點少,價錢卻有點貴😞麻辣牛肉麵 5/10不好吃。牛肉,面,湯,三種味道不協調。麻辣湯底除了微辣,一點也不香,吃完還很口渴跟餐牌中的描述完全相反,失望😣蕃茄牛肉麵 5/10以為是蕃茄湯底,卻只見三片蕃茄🤨,湯頭完全冇蕃茄/牛肉味,可以說是極淡味的湯啊🙈然而面的份量卻很多!唯一值得稱讚的是牛肉很好吃,軟腍易咬,而且有牛肉香兩碗面的5分是給予牛肉和擺盤設計的!湯底完全不及格下次還是吃飯算了!希望店家能稍作改善。

味道合格,梳打有汽,唔會太甜。
蓮子水蓮 8/10
蒜蓉清炒水蓮菜很好吃,但美中不足是份量有點少,價錢卻有點貴😞
麻辣牛肉麵 5/10
不好吃。牛肉,面,湯,三種味道不協調。麻辣湯底除了微辣,一點也不香,吃完還很口渴
